Alkapharm System 4 is a professional-grade cleaning solution specially formulated to remove grease, grime, and limescale from the internal surfaces of autoclaves. Used routinely, System 4 helps maintain peak operating performance by keeping your autoclave chamber clean, scale-free, and odour-free throughout its working life.
This 1-litre concentrated formula is highly economical — each flask makes up to 50 litres of ready-to-use cleaning solution. Designed for weekly maintenance cleaning, System 4 works quickly and effectively to restore internal cleanliness while helping to prevent costly damage caused by scale build-up.
The solution is non-foaming, non-toxic, fully biodegradable, and features a pleasant deodorising action to mask unpleasant odours that can develop in the chamber.

Directions for Use:
- Drain the autoclave reservoir.
- Mix 20ml (2 caps) of System 4 concentrate per 1 litre of demineralized water. For heavy soiling, use 40ml (4 caps) per liter.
- Fill reservoir with cleaning solution and run one cycle.
- Drain remaining solution and refill with demineralized water.
- Run a rinse cycle, then drain and wipe chamber dry.
- Refill reservoir ready for use.
Recommended for use at least once a week. Always remove instruments before cleaning and beware of hot surfaces.

RETURNS
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

- is significantly different from the descriptiondoesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
